Your Role

With a diverse array of advanced educational backgrounds including hard sciences, economics, management science and computer science, Principal Consultant Experts at Innostratalyst play a critical role in shaping consulting deliverables that delight our clients and bring follow on business.

As Principal Consultant you would be leading the Project while exceeding expectations, ideating transformational solutions while acting as Lead for Project Team Members.

You will direct project teams as they navigate the client’s unique business challenges, creating solutions that solve a complex strategic problem or answer a critical business question.

Sophisticated data modelling and econometric techniques will shape the project as you and your colleagues mine and assemble data sources to create unique insight into the client’s opportunity.

Essential Qualifications

MBA or PhD in Economics, Computer Science, or other Science fields

5+ years of relevant experience following graduate school, preferably in the consulting industry

Exceptional analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers

Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

Great written and oral communication skills 

Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas

Flexible, adaptable and open to different ways of solving problems
