Your Role

Innostratalyst Associates collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues to solve challenging and complex problems for our clients.

Associates play a collaborative & support role on our Project teams and receive mentorships from our Partners / Senior Consultants.

You would be required to develop critical data sources, points and uncover insightful analysis while delivering high stake presentations and Business Case papers.

You would work across a variety of industries and cases providing opportunities to advance your knowledge, widen your scope of expertise, while enhancing your personal development & learning journey.

At Innostratalyst you will work on big ideas for multi-industry clients, grow your professional network while building business relationships.

As an Associate on a project team, you will have the opportunity to partner with various Partners & Principal Consultants to solve problem statements of our clients while creating structure from ambiguity.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or related  

Exceptional analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers

Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

Great written and oral communication skills 

Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas

Flexible, adaptable and open to different ways of solving problems

Work Mode

Hybrid mode: with Travel to client’s locations

Contract or Part Time Option

We will also consider contract-based employees who would like to work for a few months on contract basis or part-time to start, however we are seeking for a long-term team colleague.
