Founder & CEO

Paresh Marrott

Paresh Marrott is an Certified Independent Director , Executive Advisor on Strategy and Innovation, as well as the Founder and CEO of Innostratalyst.

What he does besides leading Advisory Boards :
He advises CEOs about Business Model Innovation , How to Build Alliances & Strategic Partnerships , enhance Customer Development Strategy & build the Talent Strategy. Paresh while being a trained Business Model practioner also works with senior leaders and their teams to build their innovation capability, explore new growth opportunities, transform their business, and develop their strategic thinking talent.

He is also a diversified key note speaker while having strong facilitation skills ,coach and influence people at all levels to unlock potential and drive behavioral change .

Paresh spearheaded Strategy & Procurement at Air India SATS (AISATS) during his decade long experience with the JV , while being one of the founding members of SATS to have AISATS incorporated in 2010.

He launched the Business Model Innovation Program and enhanced the strategic partnerships portfolio at AISATS. Moreover , he designed several strategy frameworks, such as the Alliance Strategy & Talent Model Alignment.

Prior to AISATS, Paresh had over 15 years of experience in Operations and Projects while working with Singapore Airlines, Emirates, and SATS.

He has led various transformation projects and is a recipient of various awards, including a Leadership Award issued by Star Alliance and a SIA TCS CEO Award issued by Singapore Airlines.

Paresh Marrott is a visionary, strategist, catalyst, business model innovator, and vegan.

Paresh is the Founder and CEO of Innostratalyst, an advisory firm that aligns leaders with the ecosystem to see where they should play and how they can win.

He has now transitioned as a Strategic Advisor and is positioning himself as an Advisory Board member for varied industries to expand his portfolio.

As a trained Business Model Practitioner, Paresh is passionate about redefining strategy-setting by creating frameworks while acting as a catalyst to form Execution teams that will aid in the reinvention of the Business Model.

Paresh is a diverse keynote speaker who also leads and conducts Master Classes and Workshops on Strategic Business Model Innovation, Strategic Network Partnerships, Strategic Thinking, and Talent Strategy.

Paresh has always been known across the industry with his passion and love for developing and coaching leaders, intrapreneurs, budding entrepreneurs, start-ups and vendors to be at par with world-class leaders through a radical, disciplined and structured approach.

In his 25+ years of global work experience, he has had the privilege to be one of the founding members of SATS to have Joint Venture (JV) firm Air India SATS ( AISATS ) Incorporated in 2010.

Sushant Panda

Sushant Panda is the Founder and Director of Syum, with a vision to provide services and skills development in the area of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

With over three decades of experience Sushant and his team provide analytics consulting services, which include formulating analytics strategies, developing in-house skills, and finding ways to use analytics to address business challenges while also conducting Analytics Workshop at different levels.

The Finance Ministry of India has recently appointed Sushant, as their Lead Data Scientist. He is expected to use his data science expertise to help the Government analyse procurement by various government bodies.

Rakesh Raja

Rakesh Raja is currently serving as an Advisor and Consultant. He has had a career spanning over 25 years while being associated with CISF, DCSC, AISATS, and other esteemed organizations while serving at United Nations Mission in Kosovo.

Rakesh's experience in the Civil Services has given him the ability to lead, manage, and build symbiotic growth connections in public, private, and global businesses with equal ease and proficiency across many industries.

Rakesh is an expert in corporate partnerships, policy creation, effective advocacy before statutory bodies, labour law observance, dispute settlement, working with government agencies, monitoring and evaluating CSR projects, and auditing security setup in accordance with (VA/VT).

Supply Chain & Project Management

Nikhil Gurjar

Nikhil S. Gurjar (an IITian Gold medallist) is the President of Consulting Connoisseurs, a prominent management consulting firm based in Mumbai.

Nikhil's impressive academic credentials also include an MBA from IIM Mumbai, and a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO and UniSA.

His professional journey spans over two decades, working with top global industries like ThyssenKrupp, Oracle, and Siemens, and achieving significant cost savings for clients in Europe.

While his contributions span across various domains including Business Planning and Strategy Management, Project and Supply Chain Management, and Technology-based Transformation across various industries.

He has developed programs for the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Warwick Manufacturing Group, and taught at institutions such as SP Jain School of Global Management and IIM Mumbai.

Gurjar is also a dedicated community leader, actively involved in Rotary International, and holding various leadership roles. He contributes to the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture, and, has led initiatives like the I-PRO Program, which had trained over 10,000 students.

He has also worked on Coastal Shipping, Business Networking, Aviation and Education Committees and has been with the Governing Council for 2 full terms.

Cybersecurity

Dr Shekhar Pawar

Dr. Pawar is a leading expert in cybersecurity with over 20 years of experience. He is the founder and CEO of SecureClaw Inc., USA, and GrassDew IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

He holds a doctorate in cybersecurity from SSBM Geneva, Switzerland, an executive management degree from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay, and a degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Mumbai University.

His extensive qualifications include certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PCI DSS Implementer, Certified HIPAA Compliance Professional, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Certified Professional, Diploma in Cyber Laws, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified Blockchain Developer, and many others.

Dr. Pawar has authored two notable books: “BDSLCCI - Business Domain Specific Least Cybersecurity Controls Implementation” and “Air Team Theory: Understanding 10 Types of Team Mates and Best Practices to Succeed.”

Dr. Pawar has led numerous high-impact projects, including serving as a virtual CISO for a major IT company in the USA, conducting application security reviews for a leading healthcare organization, and performing security assessments for multinational technology companies. His industry expertise covers telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, healthcare, and IT.

B.Renganathan

B. Renganathan is a seasoned corporate professional with over 33 years of experience in investment banking, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

His career spans across various sectors, including NBFCs, financial services, and manufacturing sector. He has been instrumental in capital market transactions, corporate secretarial affairs, and establishing compliance frameworks for financial entities.

In addition to his advisory roles, B. Renganathan is a passionate educator and trainer, contributing to academic institutions and industry associations such as ICSI, ICAI, and NISM.

He has played a pivotal role in regulatory committees, including the Company Law Review Committee by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He continues to serve as a Corporate Law Advisor and educator, sharing his expertise with aspiring professionals.

Dr Amit Nagpal

Dr. Amit Nagpal is a business storyteller with a unique background in brand storytelling, media marketing, and digital strategy.

With over 25 years of experience, he has transitioned from being a marketer to a professor and now a recognized brand storyteller.

He is the founder of Bloggers Alliance, a community of influencers, and has authored multiple books, including an Amazon bestseller. Dr. Nagpal specializes in coaching and training CXOs, entrepreneurs, and professionals in personal branding and brand storytelling.

He has trained senior leaders at top organizations such as Accenture, Tata Communications, and NASSCOM, and is actively involved in mentoring students from premier business schools.

Dhawal Parvatikar

Dhawal Parvatikar is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of leadership experience in finance, spanning Indian and multinational corporations.

As a CFO and Finance Leader, he has contributed to renowned organizations such as BPCL, Trafigura, Publicis, Omnicom, and WPP Group. His expertise covers diverse industries, including Software, Oil & Gas, Outsourced Shared Services, Advertising, and PR.

Dhawal has successfully led finance functions in both India and the Middle East, specializing in building comprehensive finance operations and providing strategic advice to CEOs and business leaders on commercial and management decisions.
